How are the art prints packaged for shipping?
To ensure your art arrives in pristine condition, small prints are shipped in rigid flat mailers with protective sleeves, while larger prints are carefully rolled in heavy-duty acid-free tissue and shipped in reinforced mailing tubes.
What is the typical delivery timeframe?
Each piece is printed to order to ensure the highest quality. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing, followed by 5-10 business days for standard shipping depending on your location.
Do you offer framing services?
Currently, we focus on providing high-quality unframed prints to allow you the flexibility to choose a frame that perfectly matches your home's unique decor style.
What is your return policy for original artwork?
We want you to love your new art. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the artwork is returned in its original condition and packaging.
Are the materials used archival quality?
